Software Engineering Intern/Co-op - 2026 Fall

Clearline is building the AI operating system that helps car dealerships capture revenue they'd otherwise lose — from missed calls to forgotten leads. As a Software Engineering Intern/Co-op, you'll help build and launch the customer-facing features that power this platform, working directly with a small, fast-moving founding team.

What You'll Do

  • Build and launch customer-facing features that improve dealership operations and revenue outcomes
  • Work across Clearline's AI-native platform, which spans Inbound call handling, Outbound follow-up, and a unified CRM
  • Contribute to a product used by 100+ dealership rooftops across North America
  • Collaborate closely with the founding team in a hands-on, in-person environment

Who We're Looking For

  • Junior-level engineers and above
  • Comfortable working in-person out of Kitchener, Waterloo, or Toronto, ON
  • Excited to build real product used by dealership customers, not just internal tools
